These Terms of Service ("Terms"), which serve as the end-user license agreement (EULA) for SkySpace (the "App"), govern your use of the App. You must agree to these Terms before signing in. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on SkySpace. This includes, without limitation, nudity or sexual content, harassment or bullying, hate speech, threats or graphic violence, spam, and illegal content, as described in our Community Guidelines. Content that violates these rules is removed and the accounts that post it are permanently banned. We review every report and act on it within 24 hours.
You sign in exclusively with Sign in with Apple — there's no separate password. You're responsible for anything posted from your account. You must be old enough to use Apple's services in your country to use this App.
You retain ownership of whatever you post (text, photos, videos, location shares). By posting, you grant us a license to store and display that content within the App so other users can see it, for as long as your account and post exist. You're solely responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the rights to post it.
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate those guidelines or these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
Every post and profile can be reported from the "..." menu. You can block any user; blocking immediately removes their posts from your feed and also notifies our moderators. Text containing objectionable language is automatically filtered. We review reports within 24 hours, remove objectionable content, and ban the users who posted it.
You can delete any post you've made at any time. You can also permanently delete your account from Settings, which removes your profile, posts, and follow relationships.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or content posted by other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
